‘Chicago Fire’ Picked Up

NBC has picked up the Dick Wolf pilot “Chicago Fire,” for a series according to reports published today.
From Universal Television and “Law & Order” Creator Dick Wolf’s Wolf Films, “Chicago Fire” stars Jesse Spencer (House) in an action-driven drama that explores the lives of those in the Chicago Fire Department.
The script for the pilot was written by Derek Hass and Michael Brandt. They will be executive producers with Wolf, Danielle Gelber and Peter Jankowski. It stars Eamonn Walker, Taylor Kinney, Monica Raymund, David Eigenber, Charlie Barnett, Lauren German, Teri Reeves and Merle Dandridge.
