Resolution Shows Off White Cyc

Resolution Digital Studios has recently completed a 30-foot by 60-foot by 16-foot white cyc on their main stage. To show off the new, seamless space, the company decided to bring in a car.

“They let me drive it in,” says Fred Booras, the studio’s general manager. “It was awesome and loud.”
The white cyc is in close proximity of the loading dock at the studio, part of the re-branded Resolution Communications Group. Much as Booras enjoyed his drive, it was brief; he just pulled the car in a few feet and production went live.
Once the car was placed, studio personnel were able to efficiently work out the lighting on the pre-lit truss system. With the scissor lift on hand, they were able to capture a full range of images and a multitude of angles.
